Russell McMackins is President and CEO of Renters Warehouse Hampton Roads, the premier full-service property management and real estate investment services company in Southeastern Virginia. Born and raised on a farm in a rural West Tennessee community, Russell joined the Navy out of high school and served our country honorably for 20 years before retiring to begin his journey in real estate. Over the past 20 years, Russell has become recognized as a leader in the local housing market through his vast experience and considerable success in creative real estate investing, finance, and exceptional real-estate asset management. When he’s not striving to improve the property management industry and support the financial freedom his clients deserve, Russell is out exploring mountains, chasing waterfalls, and staying connected to nature.

As a seasoned real estate professional and co-owner of Renters Warehouse Hampton Roads, Sean is driven by a passion for helping others achieve their financial goals. With a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of the local market, he has honed his skills in property management, acquisitions, sales, and legal compliance.

Amy wears many hats at Renters Warehouse Hampton Roads. Since starting with Renters Warehouse in 2016, Amy has shined and taken on many roles within the company. Amy’s responsibilities include (but are not limited to) overseeing management teams, vendor management, and maintenance supervisor. She also holds the titles of Operations Director and Property Management Director. When she isn’t busy keeping our machine running efficiently, she enjoys baking, dancing, and time spent with family.

Born and raised in Hampton Roads, Angelique is one of the most decorated sales agents for the Hampton Roads Renters Warehouse office. As our "Agent of the Year," year over year, she is an excellent asset to our sales team. She freely shares her knowledge to help grow and develop other agents, which has led to a well-rounded sales team. Angelique is continually perfecting her craft: in 2018, she earned her broker's license. Today, she tirelessly works to expand her knowledge of her field.

A native to the Hampton Roads area, Cassie Parker is a graduate of Liberty University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing who comes with ten years of marketing experience under her belt. Cassie is responsible for educating new landlords on our in-house operation and pricing structure, staying up to date on market analytics and assisting in marketing each property individually to expedite overall market time. She enjoys the process of educating landlords on how to become better investors.

Inspections are an integral part of the property management process. From move in to move out, inspections protect our owners and our tenants from avoidable charges at the end of the rental agreement. Brian is our in-house inspector who works diligently to ensure that owners and tenants are abiding by the agreement in place when it comes to property conditions. Brian takes great pride in his attention to detail, including photo documentation of any discrepancies and working tirelessly to make sure all inspections are completed in a timely and professional manner.

Denise is a dedicated professional with a passion for accounting and property management. As a cornerstone of the Renters Warehouse Hampton Roads team since its inception, she has played a pivotal role in the company’s growth and success. With her expertise in owner and vendor accounts and lease renewals, Denise ensures seamless operations and financial management.

Born in Portsmouth and raised in a military family, Denise brings a deep understanding of the unique needs of military families and property owners in the Hampton Roads area. Her commitment to excellence and dedication to her clients have made her an invaluable asset to the team. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening and spending quality time with her children. Denise is also actively involved in her community, having served on her children’s school PTA and volunteered for various local initiatives. She's a proud resident of Chesapeake, Virginia.

Marie Casey is not just a dedicated Maintenance Coordinator at Renters Warehouse Hampton Roads; she’s an explorer at heart. Marie has expertly navigated the complexities of Make Readies and Property Turnovers. Her responsibilities span a wide range of essential tasks, including Vendor Sign-Ons, Invoicing, Security Deposit Dispositions, Maintenance Disputes, and managing HOA Owner Repair Violations.

Born and raised in the Kempsville area of Virginia Beach, Marie’s love for history and exploration is as deep as the roots she’s planted in her community. She finds the rich history of Hampton Roads captivating and endlessly intriguing. Despite having spent her entire life here, she continuously uncovers new places to explore and historical tales that never fail to surprise her. For Marie, every corner of Hampton Roads holds the promise of a new discovery.

Born with a hammer in one hand Delena was raised in the construction industry. Delena’s father owned his own construction company and specialized in building single family homes. Delena has been in the world of maintenance coordination for many years. In addition to her wealth of knowledge when it comes to the mechanics of a home, Delena also has a degree in addiction and trauma counseling, a degree in Business operations and spent 15 years as an Executive Director for an Inpatient A&D treatment center.

Native to Central America Gio has over 17 years of experience working in call centers and customer care with added experience in Tech support and retention teams. Gio graduated as an architect in 2004 and worked in the industry for 6 years. When Gio isn’t assisting us with rent collections, maintenance follow ups and client care he enjoys travelling, cooking and eating!

Living in Hampton Roads her whole life, Haley Adams has a creative eye for capturing your homes in their best light. Haley is responsible for taking photos and building the listings for your properties. Haley also assists her fellow property managers with duties to help with the workload of the team. In her off time, she enjoys cooking, drawing/painting and going to the gym!

Marco offers over 20 years of experience in customer service working for companies such as Dell, Capital One and AT&T to name a few. Marco works round the clock to make sure applications are reviewed and responded to in a timely manner. Marco has achieved his degree in Business Administration and excels in helping us provide exceptional customer service to our applicants as well as assisting in many other areas for our team.
